This annual event goes from strength to strength! Now in it’s 4th consecutive year running, Beko returns to share the wonderful world of Budokon Mixed Movement as well as other related methods such as Meditation and Tai Chi. This year the focus will be 3 fold; Inversions for Yogis, Mobility for Martial Artists and Moving Meditation for Everyone!

As part of the "Becoming Budokon" Intensive Mixed Movement Training Camp (7th & 8th September 2019 at the Lodge Space - Surrey Quays), Spanish Champion, Budokon Sensei & Mixed Martial Arts Specialist Gregorio Fernandez Ruiz will be teaching a 60 minute Brazilian Jujitsu “Gi” Masterclass filled with plenty of tips and tricks!! BJJ is possibly one of the most complex movement disciplines out there! Partner up to discover movement patterns when interacting with another person! You will learn techniques specific to the "Gi" game! New to BJJ? No problem, all levels welcome (beginners will learn grips and basic techniques).
This session is an “add-on” to the 2-day training event and is open to everyone. Therefore, if you wish to attend, you will have to book - even if you have already registered for the Becoming Budokon Training Camp. So grab your spot before they are all gone! Session Price: £15

This session is an “add-on” to the 2-day training event and is open to everyone. The Budokon® Mixed Movement Arts program returns to the beautiful, historic city of Tarragona, in the northestern Spain's Catalunia region. Join Professor Donato Helbling, Sensei Vicente Comisario and the Spanish and Eurpoean senseis for 3 days of training and fun. Tarragona is quickly becoming one of our favorite destinations to get together to practice, eat delicious food, discover ancient Roman ruins and even go to the beach!
An impromptu FREE Budokon Workshop. We will begin with a Budokon Yoga warm up and then progress into a variety of classic Budokon signature moves while gaining some insight and understanding as to why the demi- point plays such a key role in not only executing the techniques but also in making them work well for you!
