This year the focus will be 3 fold; Inversions for Yogis, Mobility for Martial Artists and Moving Meditation for Everyone!

Join Professor Donato Helbling, Sensei Vicente Comisario and the Spanish and Eurpoean senseis for 3 days of training and fun.
