As part of the "Becoming Budokon" Intensive Mixed Movement Training Camp (7th & 8th September 2019 at the Lodge Space - Surrey Quays), Yogi & Mixed Movement Specialist Mia Arora will be teaching a 60 minute Pole Conditioning & Calisthenics Masterclass not to be missed!!

This session is an “add-on” to the 2-day training event and is open to everyone. Therefore, if you wish to attend, you will have to book - even if you have already registered for the Becoming Budokon Training Camp. BRIGHTON - BUDOKON MIX MOVEMENT WORKSHOP

A fun and inspirational day packed full of Budokon Mixed Movement Arts, Yoga, Calisthenics and Marital Arts.

This full day of BDK Badassery is suitable for enthusiasts of levels. From absolute beginners looking to be inspired by the practise to experienced Yogis, Martial Artists and Athletes looking for something more!

We will be covering a broad spectrum of BDK movement disciplines. So come to move, come to learn, come to play, come to be challenged, come to be inspired, come to make new friends, come to have fun or for all of the above!

Venue: Brighton Ki Centre, Ground Floor Studio, 12 Queen Square, Brighton, BN1 3FD (Near the Clock Tower & at the top right corner of the square). The dojo has a padded floor.
